    Our  team is comprised of seasoned professionals from major Fortune 500 Companies  and Consulting firms, each contributing 15+years experience in their fields of expertise:

Marc Cooper: Marc Cooper, President The Fiber Resource Group, Inc has been in the paper industry for over seventeen (17) years.  He has led the company to ten (10) years of consistent profitability.  Prior to starting The Fiber Resource Group Marc was NE Sales Manager and a top producer for North Shore Recycled Recycled Fiber a Division of The Newark Group for over six (6) years.

Marc is known for his industry knowledge, creative sales and marketing approach, strategic relationships, experience, solid reputation and exceptional payment history with small and large corporations alike. Marc is an innovative business man and a risk taker, hence his integration in start up mills and multiple warehouse converting businesses.

Paul Bonarrigo: Paul Bonnarrigo, owner of a rewinder maintenance and repair business in Maine, is world reknown as a premier “Winder Guy”. Paul spent 13 years as a master troubleshooter with Beloit Company before starting his own firm. Paul has hands on knowledge of the paper and pulp process from boilers to shipping. He deals in all aspect of repair from electrical and hydraulic, to mechanical. He also designs equipment. Paul’s clientele of paper companies range from Fortune 500 to locally owned. Another of  Paul’s fortes is design work. ‘Listening skills, hands on experience and willingness to train set Paul apart from the limited competion in his field.’

 Jane  Bachmann : Jane  Bachmann has been with The Fiber Resource Group for the past 8 years in numerous roles including VP of Operations and Transportation/Logistics Manager. She brings over 20 years of Logistics and Customer Service experience to the table and has been instrumental in managing the office as well as handling her other duties.  She is also the direct contact for customers, vendors and carriers alike. Prior to The Fiber Resource Group, Jane was the Director of Customer Services for a $100 million dollar manufacturing company of skates and athletic shoes.  She was responsible for all the company's national accounts including Sears, JC Penney, Toys R Us & Sports Authority.
